Please consider the following “green tips” as you develop your experience at the event.
- Highlight your “green” success: Promote what your organization is doing to “go green” with a visually engaging display or signage at the event
- Green video display: We’ll showcase all of your organizations “green” efforts via the ongoing “green” video display area at the event. Send up to six bullet points on what your organization is doing to “go green” to recsportsmarketing@berkeley.edu by Wednesday, February 17
- Generate “Green” energy: Prepare your staff to become “green ambassadors” at the event. Their positive energy, enthusiasm, passion and knowledge of what your organization is doing to “go green” will engage and inspire the 10,000 Cal students and campus supporters expected to attend the event
- Go “green” tech: Leave the brochures at home and load promotional materials on flash drives featuring your company logo. If you are going to use print, we encourage you to use a sustainable printer who will use recycled paper and soy based ink for your presentation
- “Green” your giveaways: We encourage your booth giveaways to be reusable, recyclable or are produced with recyclable materials. Include your company logo and a green tip about your organization
