Cal Rec Sports won the 2009 Bay Area RIVAL10 College Challenge, the first of it’s kind running event designed to embrace active competition between supporters of local colleges. Held Sunday, November 15th, over 375 Cal students, alumni and supporters dominated the 5K & 10K foot races through San Francisco.
Developed and coordinated by our annual partner, Project Sport, Inc., a portion of the procceds from each Cal registration benefited the Cal Rec Sports Development Fund’s camp scholarship program. Planning is already underway for the 2010 race. Go Bears!
