March 19 – March Madness at the RSF
Come help us kick off the First Round of March Madness by tabling at the RSF
- Date/Time: Tuesday, March 19 from 11:30am – 1: 30pm and 4-6pm
- Expected Attendance: 750 – 1,000 Cal students, faculty, staff and community members
- Location: Recreational Sports Facility (RSF)

April 18 – Cal Day
Come on out Cal’s Open House for an opportunity get your brand in front of current and perspective Cal students and parents
- Date/Time: Saturday, April 18 from 10:00am – 2: 00pm
- Expected Attendance: 5,000 perspective students, parents, Cal students, staff and faculty
- Location: Recreational Sports Facility (RSF)

April 22 – Corporate Partners Lunch
Corporate Partner Appreciation luncheon and business-to-business networking oppurtunity.
- Date/Time: Wednesday, April 22 from 11:30am – 1:30pm
- Location: Berkeley City Club
- How to Register: Formal inviation will be sent via email in mid-march.
July 27 – 5th Annual Cal Rec Sports Golf Tournament
Please save the date for the 5th Annual Cal Rec Sports Golf Tournament, benefiting the Cal Recreational Sports Development Fund

August 23 & 24 – Caltopia VII
The largest experiential college lifestyle festival in the country will be held Sunday, August 23 and Monday, August 24 here on the UC Berkeley campus at the Recreational Sports Facility(RSF). Over 35,000 students, faculty, staff and community members are expected to attend.
